Des Moines, Iowa – Drivers across central Iowa should prepare now for slick roads by late Sunday as accumulating snow moves in Sunday night, March 1st, with the highest travel impact risk centered from Des Moines southward.
According to the National Weather Service in Des Moines, a larger storm system Sunday into Monday carries a 30 to 40 percent probability of minor travel impacts across central to southern Iowa.
