OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Three people in a stolen vehicle are in custody after an early morning Police chase in NW Oklahoma City.
Police say they tried to pull over a black Dodge Charger near Penn and Memorial around 1:49 Tuesday morning when the driver sped off.
