A man and his dog were shot and wounded after he told a speeding driver to “slow down” Tuesday morning in West Pullman on the Far South Side.
The 50-year-old man was on his porch as he was warming up his car around 7:25 a.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of East 117th Street when he yelled at a speeding red vehicle to “slow down,” according to Chicago police reports obtained by the Sun-Times.
