LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) — As hunger climbs across Lincoln, Matt Talbot Kitchen & Outreach is asking residents to step up.
The organization, which served more than 263,000 meals in 2025, is seeking volunteer hunger relief teams as the number of meals served grows in response to rising community need. Matt Talbot has seen a 13 percent increase over the last year of people coming to get a hot meal.
