LUBBOCK, Texas — 27-year-old Jeremiah Guerrero was indicted Tuesday by a Lubbock Grand Jury for deadly discharge of a firearm.
EverythingLubbock.compreviously reported that Guerrero alongside an unnamed accomplice were reportedly shooting at a residence in the 2700 block of 3rd Street. During the shooting, Guerrero was inadvertently shot by this accomplice, who proceeded to flee from the scene. Based on witness testimony and his gunshot wound, Guerrero was arrested and charged for his involvement in the residential shooting.
