TEXAS (KAUZ) – 25-year-old Elijah Turner Reyes, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive and known El Paso gang member, has been arrested in Mexico.
The Department of Public Safety (DPS) said that Reyes was a documented Piru (Bloods) gang member and that a Crime Stoppers reward will be paid for his arrest.
