After months of renovation and anticipation, Adair Kitchen has finally opened its first San Antonio location at 4108 Broadway, bringing a new all-day dining concept to the Broadway corridor.
The Houston-based restaurant group first revealed plans in May 2024 to transform the former Jim’s Restaurant building on Broadway. The diner closed earlier that year after more than five decades in business.
As construction stretched on, the company kept passersby engaged with cheeky messages posted on the property’s well-known marquee. Signs teased the opening with playful updates such as “We’re almost ready” and “Good things come to those who wait.”…
