EL PASO, Texas (Border Report) – Police retrieved the remains of a man who was left hanging from an overpass and repeatedly struck by passing semis Tuesday on the southern edge of Juarez, Mexico.
Passers by reported to authorities seeing the body suspended by a rope near the Santa Teresa-Tornillo exit of the Pan American Highway shortly before 1 a.m.

When Juarez municipal police officers and members of Mexico’s National Guard arrived at the scene, the body lay on the asphalt of the busy highway and under the overpass. It was a male whose hands and feet were bound. A cause of death is pending.
It is the second time in eight months one or more bodies are left on public display along the Pan American Highway south of Juarez. Last June, police pulled two bodies from a different overpass next to an abandoned vehicle with a sign accusing them of being crystal meth dealers and stealing fuel…
