SPOKANE, Wash. — On Wednesday, the trial began for a Spokane woman who allegedly shot and killed her father in their home in 2024.
Court documents show 33-year-old Alyssa Bradburn called 911 on herself right after allegedly shooting and killing her father, Timothy Bradburn. On Wednesday, the jury heard opening statements from both the prosecuting and defense attorneys.
Witness testimonies revealed that Bradburn intentionally left her journal, which contained writings of her plans to kill her father, at the scene for authorities to find.
