HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — More affordable housing options are officially on the way to western North Carolina.
A new development called Apple Ridge is now underway on Sugarloaf Road. The project will include approximately 20 single-family homes and 60 apartment units, expanding access to housing for families across the region.
