Authorities are on scene of multiple crashes on Sully Road on Tuesday afternoon.
The first crash happened northbound on Rt. 28 between Waxpool Road and Nokes Blvd around 2:30 p.m. Two vehicles were involved, with one car well off the road and on its side. One person was trapped in the car was was extricated by Loudoun County Fire and Rescue.
The trapped patient was transported to a hospital in serious condition. Five other people had reportedly minor injuries. Traffic was restricted to the far left lane at the crash site.
At least one other crash shut down all but two lanes of southbound Rt. 28 at South Sterling Boulevard around 2:50 p.m. At least one person reportedly had minor injuries…
