EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A landlord facing 50 misdemeanor criminal charges, will be arraigned in East Cleveland Municipal Court Thursday morning.
Gualter Amarelo Jr. was arrested at his home in Fairview Park Wednesday.
