PHENIX CITY, Ala. (WTVM) – Phenix City police and the Russell County coroner’s office are investigating after a decomposed body was found behind a home in Phenix City, according to Russell County Coroner Arthur Sumbry Jr.
The body was described as a male believed to be in his late 40s to early 50s. Sumbry said the body was found behind the building.
