RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — Richland County leaders held a zoning public hearing Tuesday night where several potential housing developments were on the agenda.
The proposed rezoning of 155 acres on Koon Store Road was withdrawn by the applicant, John Stephens, following public pushback and infrastructure concerns. According to county documents, the project would have allowed for a neighborhood of 233 homes along Koon Store Road and Wilson Boulevard.
