YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A York County woman allegedly stole nearly $10,000 from an 80-year-old man by using his credit card over the span of about three years.
Debra Frankhouser, 61, of Wrightsville, spent most of the money on her essential oils business, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
