Real estate investment firm Ebbitt Corporation has sold the Hampton Inn in Gloucester, Va., in a deal brokered by Mumford Company.
The Hampton Inn by Hilton was acquired by a Virginia-based, multi-unit ownership group who acquired the hotel in a 1031 exchange utilizing proceeds from a recent sale which was also brokered by Newport News, Va.-based Mumford Company.
