SYLVAN PARK, Tenn. (WKRN) — In 2025, Greater Nashville Realtors ranked Sylvan Park as having the ZIP code with the second-highest number of home closings, and the neighborhood continues to grow in popularity.
Christie Wilson, broker and owner of Wilson Group Real Estate, was born and raised in the area and took after her dad in going into real estate. Over the years, she’s fallen in love with Sylvan Park.
“Sylvan Park, for the past probably 25-30 years, has always been a highly desirable neighborhood for so many reasons,” Wilson said. “There’s diversity in housing. It is so convenient to everything. You are literally seven to 10 minutes [from] downtown. [It] used to be five minutes, but now, I would give it seven to 10 minutes. On a rainy day, maybe a little bit more. It’s convenient to all the shopping, restaurants, you can walk anywhere to those things, as well as having one of the greenways of Nashville.”…
