SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A Palmetto man has been charged by federal indictment in connection with the alleged dumping of a body in ocean waters.
Matthew Edward Zoladz, 36, faces one count of violating the Marine Protection, Research, and Sanctuaries Act and one count of violating the Act to Prevent Pollution from Ships, according to the U.S. attorney’s office.
