A caregiver at an assisted living facility in Potomac, Maryland, has been arrested in the killing of an 87-year-old resident, and police say he shot a trooper during a recent traffic stop in Baltimore.
Maurquise Emillo James, 22, faces a first-degree murder charge in the killing of Robert Fuller Jr., according to court documents.
