DODGE COUNTY, Wis. — Dodge County officials are seeking the public’s help to locate Luiz Perez-Cerna, 27, who allegedly failed to return to jail after missing a scheduled court appointment in Dane County.
The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office reported on Wednesday that Perez-Cerna left the jail at 7:30 a.m. on Friday to attend court. However, the Dane County Clerk of Courts confirmed that he never showed up.
