San Antonio police arrested six people while clearing a homeless camp that had built up along Loop 410 near North Star Mall.
The enforcement is part of a proactive outreach and enforcement effort that SAPD has been working on with the Department of Human Services and the Texas Department of Transportation, according to Camelia Juarez, a San Antonio police spokesperson.
