Man arrested following double stabbing outside Taco Bell in Tulsa

TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa Police Department said a man was arrested following a double stabbing outside Taco Bell on Wednesday.

At around 12:25 a.m., officers responded to a stabbing at Taco Bell near Admiral and Memorial. Officers arrived and found two victims with stab wounds outside the restaurant.

The victims told TPD that they got into a fight with a man over a missing cell phone. The victims said the suspect pulled a knife from his sleeve and stabbed one of them in the side. According to TPD, the second victim fought back, but she was stabbed in the leg.

The suspect ran away from the scene toward Sheridan, where officers found him and took him into custody without incident. TPD said officers found the knife with the suspect’s belongings.

The two victims were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail for two counts of assault with a deadly weapon…
