Historic B-29 “DOC” and B-25 “Miss Mitchell” to Visit St. Paul July 16–19 for Public Tours and Flights

Doc’s Friends, Inc., Wichita, KS, the nonprofit organization that operates the Boeing B-29 Superfortress known as “DOC”, has announced that the aircraft will make a tour stop in St. Paul, Minnesota, July 16–19, 2026. The visit will be part of the B-29 DOC History Restored Tour and will feature a joint appearance with the Commemorative Air Force Minnesota Wing’s B-25 “Miss Mitchell” at St. Paul Downtown Airport.

“DOC” remains one of only two airworthy B-29 Superfortresses still flying today, while “Miss Mitchell” continues to represent the CAF Minnesota Wing’s long-running efforts to preserve and fly historic warbirds. During…..
