ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man who beat someone to death outside a McDonald’s pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter Wednesday.
Teen charged with murder in northern New Mexico
In June 2025, Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the McDonald’s on Coors and Arenal in response to a fight in progress. Deputies found then 37-year-old Neil Winslow beside Bobby Silos, who was not breathing. Autopsy reports indicate Silos died from suffocation. Winslow took a plea deal, pleading no contest to voluntary manslaughter. A sentencing hearing has not yet been scheduled.
