EUGENE, Ore. — As the City of Eugene prepares to implement budget recommendations from its recently commissioned Technical Advisory Group on Fiscal Stability — a team of financial advisers tasked with finding ways to stabilize the budget — the city’s chief financial officer said it’s unclear how long it will take to achieve that budget sustainability.
