Pennsylvania man pleads guilty in fraud scheme

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) — A Lehigh Valley man accused by federal authorities in two different fraud schemes pleaded guilty Thursday.

Justin Heimbach, 34, of Bath, pleaded guilty to six counts of mail fraud and four counts of fire fraud.

He was charged in August 2024, accused of schemes to defraud the federal government through the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance Program, and multiple car dealerships in a separate scheme…
