BEREA, Ohio – A Cleveland man, 25, was cited Feb. 19 after he knocked on several apartment doors inside Tower in the Park, 55 Barrett Road, and asked to see tenants’ electricity bills.
At least one of the tenants called police about the man at about 7:30 p.m. She said the man failed to show any identification.
Another tenant snapped a photo of the man. She said he unsuccessfully tried to talk his way into her apartment so that he could “complete her service request.”…
