RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — Three men have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of James W. Smith, III, according to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department.
Cedric Hollomon, 32, D’Andre Burris, 28, and Gequanta Clea, 26, have all been charged with murder.
