Man faces multiple charges after pursuit, crash involving Gibsonville police vehicle, officers say

GIBSONVILLE, N.C. (WGHP) — A man faces multiple charges after a crash on Wednesday involving a Gibsonville police vehicle, according to a Gibsonville Police Department news release.

Around 2:30 p.m., the GPD was told about a vehicle that had driven away from a traffic stop conducted by the Burlington Police Department.

Gibsonville officers then saw the vehicle speeding on University Drive in Alamance County and attempted to initiate a traffic stop.
