SNEAK Peek at the NEW Milkshake Pop-Up Coming to Disney Springs

It’s no secret that we’ve been excited about the pop-up shake spot coming to Disney Springs.

Black Tap, which we’ve visited NUMEROUS times in Downtown Disney in Disneyland, is bringing its famous CrazyShakes to Disney World. The pop-up shake shop will be located in the former Sprinkles location for a limited time, starting on March 2nd for 90 days. Well, we got an early look at the pop-up shop, and more importantly, we got an early taste of some of the shakes you’ll be able to get there.

Now, Sprinkles closed down earlier this year, but Black Tap’s CrazyShakes location has already moved in. The location isn’t 100% ready yet, but we can show you what the building’s exterior will look like.

Here’s the menu and what you’ll be able to order when the pop-up spot officially opens.

However, we did get to check out the most important thing…the CrazyShakes. So here’s a cool bit of trivia: we were the FIRST to ever try the Special Edition Shake featuring Mickey Mouse on the East Coast. We are SO honored. Now, this shake is obviously adorable. This shake is $24, but we’ll tell you that it’s big enough to share with several people (it even has a spill guard). It’s a strawberry shake with a vanilla frosted rim with Mickey Mouse sprinkles topped with a homemade Mickey Mouse-shaped crisped treat, white and red rock candy, whipped cream, red sprinkles, and a cherry.

We might be just feeling the whole CrazyShake vibe, but this might be the best shake we’ve ever had. The strawberry flavor comes from real strawberries, so you’ve got that great strawberry flavor coming through. The Mickey treat is so delicious, and the fondant on it was surprisingly good (we don’t even like fondant, but we ate it all). All we can say is if you order it, just bring a friend or two along, because as we said, this shake is MASSIVE.

We also tried the Fruity Pebbles Classic Shake for $12, which has Fruity Pebbles on top. We’ll warn you that the Fruity Pebbles get soggy over time, so you’ll want to eat those quickly if you want that crunch. Also, just get a spoon with this shake…it’s way easier to eat with a spoon than a straw. It basically tastes like Fruity Pebbles cereal in milk. The flavor perfectly recreates that flavor.

If you’re looking to try a shake for yourself, remember that the pop-up is set to open on March 2nd, and it’s only supposed to be open for 90 days, so you’ll want to make sure to get there before it’s gone…
