Marion County commissioners have reached an agreement with a local landowner that allows her to bypass a standard, one-year waiting period to refile plans for a 72-home residential development that was previously denied and subsequently withdrawn.
During the Marion County Board of County Commissioners’ (MCBCC) regular meeting on February 17, the board voted unanimously to waive the twelve-month limitation for Linda Capozzoli.
