TYBEE ISLAND, Ga. (WSAV) — The cafeteria kitchen of the nursing home WSAV previously reported on was closed after an inspection revealed several issues, a Chatham County Health Department spokesperson told WSAV Tuesday.
The investigation was prompted by a complaint filed against the Rosewood nursing home, formerly known as Oceanside Care Center, on Tybee Island, officials said. WSAV reported on neglect allegations at the facility in October 2025.
