SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Syracuse Department of Public Works has more than 30 different positions open.
First Deputy Commissioner of the Syracuse Department of Public Works Ann Fordock said anyone interested in working in the department will be trained. That includes starting as a laborer and becoming CDL-trained.
