Hillsborough County detectives are turning to the public this week as they search for 19-year-old Tyree Boone Jr., who is wanted on an alleged domestic-violence aggravated-assault charge that investigators say involved a deadly weapon. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office highlighted Boone in its latest “Warrant Wednesday” social media post, asking residents to help track him down.
According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Boone is 19 years old and is wanted on a charge listed as “Domestic Violence: Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon.” The post asks anyone who knows where he might be to call 813-247-8200 so detectives can run down potential leads.

How to report tips
Anyone with information about Boone’s possible location is asked to call the non-emergency number listed in the alert or submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay at 1-800-873-TIPS or online at Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay. HCSO cautions residents not to confront anyone they believe has an active warrant and to call 911 if they think the suspect is in the immediate area…
