Man arrested after allegedly starting Harrisburg fire that spread to 6 homes, displaced 13 people

A man is facing arson charges after he allegedly started a fire that spread to six homes and displaced 13 people in Harrisburg on Feb. 22, according to a police report.

Dontai Foy, 26, allegedly started a fire at his home in the 400 block of Hummel Street, which damaged several other houses in the row at about 7 a.m., police said. Family members of Foy were at the scene during the fire, but they could not locate him.

In total, Chief Brian Enterline with the Harrisburg Bureau of Fire said that six homes, 411, 413, 415, 417, 419 and 421 Hummel Street were impacted by the incident…
