GREEN BAY (WLUK) — Andres Garcia-Saenz has no grounds to appeal his conviction or sentence for killing Douglas Campbell by stabbing him 222 times and hitting him 44 times, a state appeals court ruled.
Garcia-Saenz was convicted of first-degree intentional homicide for the March 16, 2020, murder at Campbell’s home. Garcia-Saenz was sentenced to life in prison and can first ask for parole in 2060.
