A high-end steakhouse will soon be setting up shop in The Village at Meridian, joining approximately 20 other retailers in the outdoor shopping plaza’s ongoing expansion project.
“Capital Grille is a very coveted restaurant in the country, and we wanted them to be a part of The Village,” developer Hugh Crawford of CenterCal Properties said. “With our expansion, we created a space for them. We’ve been in negotiations with them for the better part of a year and a half.”
The Capital Grille currently has more than 70 locations in 30 states and Washington, D.C. — from the East Coast, to the South, Midwest, West Coast and Hawaii — as well as at least two international sites. Their addition to The Village will be their first restaurant in Idaho and their second in the Pacific Northwest after Seattle. There’s also a location in Salt Lake City…
