SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — Two men on the FBI’s list of most wanted fugitives have ties to Utah. Here’s what you need to know about them.

Jason Derek Brown, believed to be between 54 and 56 years old, of California was placed on the FBI’s most wanted list in connection with the 2004 fatal shooting of a security guard in Pheonix, Arizona.
According to the FBI, Brown allegedly shot and killed the guard of an armored car outside of a movie theater in November 2004, before fleeing with the money.
A federal database shows Brown was at one time a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and even completed a mission for the church near Paris, France…
