CHELSEA, MI — Having to close a relatively new tavern in downtown Chelsea wasn’t what its owners expected to happen.
But struggles to gain traction and a major health emergency led to the permanent closure of Dan’s Chelsea Tavern after about 16 months of business, Dan Kolander said.
