CLEVELAND — Royal King, the 17-year-old accused of killing Jahari Stegall at the 185th Deli in Cleveland, appeared in court on Thursday morning.
During an arraignment hearing, King entered a not guilty plea. A Cuyahoga Common Pleas Court judge continued King’s bond at $1 million.
