LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Indiana State Police has arrested a former Clark County Probation Department employee after an investigation into allegations of him providing false information on his application.
Michael Kirby of Jeffersonville was hired in August 2025 as an addiction treatment and support case manager. He applied online the month prior.
