Hampton County police say they have arrested a local teen following the recent shooting death of a Jasper County man.
On Feb. 21, deputies with the Hampton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported shooting at a residence on Grant Hill Road in the Scotia area, which is located in southern Hampton County, according to a HCSO report.
Upon arrival, deputies reported finding a male subject inside the residence with an apparent gunshot wound.
