An actor well-known for his many movie roles — and, in more recent years, for media accounts of criminal charges and attention-grabbing behavior — is set to make an appearance in Wilmington.
According to the website of Coastal Comic Con, which is coming to the Wilmington Convention Center March 7-8, the actor Randy Quaid will be there to sign autographs and take selfies with fans.
Quaid is known for such beloved roles as the cloddish Cousin Eddie in 1989’s “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation” and as an Amish bowling prodigy in 1996 Farrelly brothers’ comedy “Kingpin.”…
