NORWALK, Iowa – A proposed $12 billion data center campus in Norwalk could become the largest private investment in Warren County history if approved by the city council next week.
City leaders say the development, known as “Project West,” would transform 282 acres annexed by Norwalk in January into a data center campus within the next 5 to 10 years.
