LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — The City of Little Rock is implementing its new parental leave policy, which gives new parents employed by the City up to 12 weeks of paid time off.
The policy was adopted by the Little Rock Board of Directors as part of the City’s 2026 budget.
