NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Arkansas Department of Transportation reported a crash involving an 18-wheeler on Interstate 40.
Just before 6 a.m. on Thursday morning, an 18-wheeler overturned on I-40 near mile marker 147 just outside of North Little Rock, closing the eastbound right lane and right shoulder.
