LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Little Rock 911 Operations officials say they have been getting non-emergency and administrative calls that should have been going to the city’s 311 Services, and vice versa.
911 is for when a life or someone’s property is in immediate danger, while 311 is for city issues like filling potholes, fixing streetlights, and reaching out to code enforcement.
