Inspired by the sweet and savory ‘Sandos’ found at konbini convenience stores across Japan, Sandoitchi makes a return to Denver with its elevated sandwich pop-up in RiNo.

‘Sandos,’ short for sandowitchi, are fluffy, crustless, minimalist sandwiches made from Japanese milk bread.
