FAIRFIELD, Ala. (WBRC) – A woman has been charged in connection to an incident that happened in June 2025.
According to court records, on June 8, Morgan Carwell “unlawfully and intentionally” incited agitation among a crowd of bystanders and citizens at Fairfield High School.
Court documents say that Carwell made inflammatory and derogatory remarks which incited “agitation” among the crowd who was lingering in the area and refusing to leave.
