Ohio police caught a runaway suspect they dubbed “Oscar the Grouch” after a sanitation worker caught him hiding in a garbage can.
On Feb. 23, an unnamed man fled on foot during a traffic stop, according to a Facebook caption that accompanied a dash camera video posted by the Huber Heights Police Department.
“Earlier today, Officer Tyree initiated a traffic stop,” read the caption on the Facebook post. “Upon stopping the vehicle, the driver fled on foot. The Officer briefly lost sight of the suspect and quickly established a perimeter in the area.”…
